Same Day Banners

Bannertime has been making vinyl banners for 30 years. We know how to make them fast, and make them right. Our vinyl banners are made from premium 13oz vinyl banner, and believe us when we say that not all 13oz vinyl banners are equal. Our printers run UL GREENGUARD GOLD low order inks that are safe for a variety of environments, even healthcare facilities. The inks are scratch and fade resistant, and outdoor durable. You don’t have to worry about these banners being in the elements. After printing, we use a thermal heat welding process to make the hems. Heat welded hems are stronger and look better than tape hems; they make sewn hems a thing of the past. In the hems we use nickel plated grommets that create a reinforced hole for bungees, hooks, rope, and screws. A properly hung banner from Bannertime can last for many years. That said, we generally recommend 30-90 increments due to municipal requirements and to keep things fresh.

What you need to know.

The process has to be fast, so things need to be in order before you finish the order. First, you’ll need to know the size. We have preset sizes to make things efficient for our production process and to keep things somewhat simple. Once you know the size, you’ll need artwork. You can pick the size and use our online design tool or upload your own print ready artwork. After submitting the artwork, you’ll approve it and proceed with the checkout process. If you haven’t already, it might be a good idea to call us and make sure everything is good to go. If you’ve provided a SMS text number in your account you’ll receive a text message when the job has been completed. You should also receive an email, but we DO NOT call regarding order completion unless there is a delay or it’s close to the end of day.

Cut Off Time and Extended Cut Off:

Our standard cut off time is a fully submitted order before 12pm noon, Monday - Friday. There is an extended cut off time of 2pm for an additional fee. We do not charge extra for same day banners, just the extended cut off time. After 12pm or extended cut off 2pm, orders will be completed for pick up the following day, typically available by noon.

• 2ft x 3ft, 2ft x 4ft, 2ft x 5ft
• 3ft x 3ft, 3ft x 4ft, 3ft x 5ft … up to 3ft x 15ft
• 4ft x 3ft, 4ft x 4ft, 4ft x 5ft … up to 4ft x 15ft
• 5ft x 3ft, 5ft x 4ft, 5ft x 5ft … up to 5ft x 15ft

Standard Options:

• Full Color imprint, logos, photos, etc, but we do not offer artwork assistance.
• Hems on all four sides are included.
• Grommets top and bottom every 18-24 inches are included.
• No hems is an option, but we do not recommend it, and do not currently have it setup to lower the price.
• Corner grommets only is also an option.
• No grommets is an option but like “no hems.” we don’t have an option to lower the price.
• Do not currently off custom grommets, but you can call and ask before placing the order.
• 13oz Matte Vinyl banner is the only material available for free same day production.
