Same Day Banners

What you need to know.

The process has to be fast, so things need to be in order before you finish the order. First, you’ll need to know the size. We have preset sizes to make things efficient for our production process and to keep things somewhat simple. Once you know the size, you’ll need artwork. You can pick the size and use our online design tool or upload your own print ready artwork. After submitting the artwork, you’ll approve it and proceed with the checkout process. If you haven’t already, it might be a good idea to call us and make sure everything is good to go. If you’ve provided a SMS text number in your account you’ll receive a text message when the job has been completed. You should also receive an email, but we DO NOT call regarding order completion unless there is a delay or it’s close to the end of day.

Our standard cut off time is a fully submitted order before 12pm noon CST, Monday - Friday. There is an extended cut off time of 2pm for an additional fee. We do not charge extra for same day banners, just the extended cut off time. After 12pm or extended cut off 2pm, orders will be completed for pick up the following business day. We do offer a morning pick up option for a small fee, otherwise you can pick Next Day Pick up for no additional fee.

Sizes:

• 2ft x 3ft, 2ft x 4ft, 2ft x 5ft
• 3ft x 3ft, 3ft x 4ft, 3ft x 5ft … up to 3ft x 15ft
• 4ft x 3ft, 4ft x 4ft, 4ft x 5ft … up to 4ft x 15ft
• 5ft x 3ft, 5ft x 4ft, 5ft x 5ft … up to 5ft x 15ft

Standard Options:

• Full Color imprint, logos, photos, etc, but we do not offer artwork assistance.
• Hems on all four sides are included.
• Grommets top and bottom every 18-24 inches are included.
• No hems is an option, but we do not recommend it, and do not currently have it setup to lower the price.
• Corner grommets only is also an option.
• No grommets is an option but like “no hems.” we don’t have an option to lower the price.
• Do not currently off custom grommets, but you can call and ask before placing the order.
• 13oz Matte Vinyl banner is the only material available for free same day production.
