High Performance Vinyl VS. Direct UV Printing
High performance vinyl is a method of printing to a vinyl film, laminating it with a UV protective clear film, and then mounting that to the aluminum. This method is well suited for signs that need to last long and will be handled frequently. Direct UV is a method of print ink directly to the aluminum and curing it to make a scratch resistant and outdoor durable print. It's great for signs that are mounted and left alone.
Horizontal VS. Vertical
Horizontal is the same as "landscape" or the width is greater than the height. Vertical is the same as "portrait" and that height is greater than the width. Width is the dimension that is parallel to the ground.

- Standard metal sign frames typically hold 18" H x 24" W with 6" H x 24" W riders. Larger frames might hold ther 24" H x 36" W signs.
